No. Personality tests measure how you behave; the Seven Zones describe what you were designed for. Personality is shaped by environment and changes across a lifetime; your Zone was assigned by nature and does not. The Zones are also identified by trained interview, never by self-rating questionnaires — which means you cannot game your result, accidentally or otherwise.
No. Across more than ten thousand individuals, every person has resolved cleanly into one Zone. People sometimes operate in adjacent Zones out of necessity, but their home Zone — the one they were born to — is always singular.
No. What changes is the clarity with which you operate inside your Zone. Some people occupy theirs from adolescence; others spend decades building a career in someone else's Zone before discovering their own. The Zone itself was set at birth.
The Zone Diagnostic process consists of two sessions conducted over two consecutive weeks. The first is a structured 90-minute diagnostic interview led by a trained Zone Diagnostician. Prior to the session, you will complete a brief preparatory reflection exploring the situations in which you have most naturally contributed, added value, or made a meaningful difference to others. You will also be asked to gather structured observational input from selected friends, family members, and colleagues.
Following the interview, the data is carefully reviewed and assessed by trained Zone Diagnostician/Researchers to identify your natural productive design.
The second session is the unveiling conversation, where your Success Factor Compass Report is unpacked in detail and you are formally presented with your Certified Performance Sweet Spot Statement — articulating the environment, contribution, and mode of functioning in which you are naturally designed to flourish most fully.
SF-Gene A is your Zone — the domain of contribution where you naturally flourish. SF-Gene B is your Key Aptitude — the modality through which your Zone gets expressed (Action, Abstraction, or Emotion). Sustainable productivity requires both to be engaged at once. Together they form your Sweet Spot.
